Accept unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Customers pay return shipping unless an item is defective or incorrect.

Offer refunds or replacements for confirmed defects.

Original shipping is nonrefundable unless required by law.

Bully Pully tug toys are for supervised interactive play, not chewing. Normal wear is not a defect.

Refunds go to the original payment method.
