One-time purchases

Regular tug purchases made using the one-time purchase option are one-time transactions and do not create recurring charges.

Subscription purchases

If you choose a recurring subscription purchase option, the price, billing frequency, delivery schedule, and cancellation terms must be clearly provided before you purchase.

Canceling future renewals

You may cancel future subscription renewals at any time without a cancellation penalty. There are no minimum subscription commitments, early termination fees, or hidden cancellation charges.

How to cancel

You may manage your subscription through your customer account when supported, or request cancellation by emailing bobby@officialbullypully.com.

Billing after cancellation

Cancellation stops future subscription renewals once processed. Orders already billed or processed remain subject to the applicable Return & Refund Policy and consumer protection laws.
